High school diploma or GED.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with professionalism.

Mansioni

Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility, review coverage and benefits, and help resolve insurance discrepancies.
Billing & Claims Support: Generate and review monthly charges, identify billing errors, assist with claim corrections, and support timely reimbursement.
Medicare & Medicaid Processing: Review Medicare benefit periods, process required Texas Medicaid documentation, and assist with Medicare and Medicaid billing activities.
Payment & Collections: Assist with payment tracking, cash posting audits, self-pay collections, and outstanding claims follow-up.
Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate payer information, reimbursement rates, billing records, and reports within our EMR system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical teams, patients, families, and insurance providers to resolve billing concerns and keep processes moving forward.
