Job summary

Agrace is hiring a Resource Manager in Baraboo, WI. The role leads the Resource team, allocates staff based on patient needs, and ensures hospice services are patient-centered. It requires RN licensure, leadership experience, and strong financial stewardship.

You'll oversee staffing, quality assurance, and 24/7 on-call readiness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Active Wisconsin RN license (unrestricted) is required.
• 5 years of clinical leadership and/or healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Ability to work regular weekend rotation.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Resource team on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Allocate staff resources based on patient acuity and needs within scope of practice.
• Coordinate staffing levels and patient assignments for care groups.
• Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across services.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
