Job summary

University Home Care Inc in Westland, MI seeks a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering expert in-home nursing care and family support at end of life. You will assess patients, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administer medications, educate families, document care, and participate in meetings.
