Job summary

University Home Hospice Inc in Livonia, MI is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide expert in-home care and support to patients and families at end of life. You will assess, plan, and administer treatments while educating families and documenting care.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, advocate for patient needs, and participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Michigan (MI).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
