The role includes developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, administering medications, educating families, and documenting care. MI RN license and 1+ year hospice experience required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license for home visits.
