About this Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Position
HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for hospice patients in patient homes and facilities in Massachusetts.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager you will advocate, negotiate, and lead the clinical oversight of the patient. The successful Registered Nurse (RN) is passionate about providing the best possible care at end-of-life and acts with a sense of urgency and a disciplined approach for the accuracy and quality of the care delivered.
This Registered Nurse (RN) position is a full-time, 40-hour per week position working 8am-4 : 30pm hours. There is a rotating weekend commitment of every 4th weekend. There is a sign on bonus of up to $2,500.
