Job summary

Lorian Health in Riverside, CA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in‑home care on Saturdays and Sundays, with an on‑call rotation. You will assess patients, update care plans, manage symptoms, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, NLN‑accredited nursing program graduate, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• NLN-accredited nursing program graduate.
• CPR certification required.

• 1+ year RN experience or BSN.
• Ability to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and update care plans.
• Provide symptom and pain management.
• Educate patients and families on care and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Document timely, accurate clinical notes.
• Manage assigned caseload and ensure a safe care environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Schedule: Saturday - Sunday On-call

• 2+ years RN experience
• Hospice/home health/public health experience

This position is based on an hourly visit compensation model.

Hourly ranges from $45 to $50 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
