Job summary

Lorian Health in Riverside, CA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. You will assess patients, update care plans, manage symptoms, and educate families while coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insured vehicle. Prior RN experience and hospice/home health exposure are preferred; hourly compensation ranges from

• 1+ year RN experience or BSN preferred.
• Ability to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments & update care plans.
• Provide symptom & pain management.
• Educate patients/families on care and medications.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Document timely, accurate clinical notes.
• Manage assigned caseload; ensure safe care environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

• 1+ recent year of RN experience or BSN
• Ability to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walking

Preferred:

• 2+ years RN experience
• Hospice/home health/public health experience

This position is based on an hourly visit compensation model.

Hourly ranges from $45 to $50 visit commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit.
