Advantage is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in Ebensburg, PA and surrounding areas. This full-time role delivers end-of-life care in patients' homes or hospice facilities, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license, hospice experience, and strong communication to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to practice
• Minimum 1 year of hospice or palliative care experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and practices preferred

Qualifications

About You

• You should have an active RN license in the state in which you are practicing or be a new grad with eligibility to take NCLEX.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred but not required.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.


• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
