Job summary

Advantage is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in Ebensburg, PA and surrounding areas. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes or hospice facilities, developing individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and dignity at end-of-life.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with eligibility to take NCLEX if a new grad, and have strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state or eligibility to take NCLEX for new grads.
• Minimum 1 year of hospice, palliative care, or related field experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care and family support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or in a hospice facility.

• You should have an active RN license in the state in which you are practicing or be a new grad with eligibility to take NCLEX.
