Job summary

Advantage Home Health and Hospice in Ebensburg/Johnstown is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. You will provide compassionate, in-home care to patients and their families, helping with daily living activities and comfort.

You will work with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, maintain accurate records, and advocate for patients, delivering dignity and support in their most vulnerable moments.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Valid Driver's license and state required Auto Insurance.
• A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
• Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).
