Qualifications

• Must meet annual flu shot policy or provide exemption documentation
• Ability to work variable hours depending on patient needs
• Provide an active driver’s license with proper coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Skills

Licensed RN in State of Ohio

Experience in hospice care

Current CPR certification

Good customer service skills

Education
