Job summary

Anodyne Palliative Services in Chicago seeks an RN to provide compassionate hospice care, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor responses, educate families on disease, symptom management, and end-of-life options, and document activities, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably in hospice/palliative care.
Knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.
Experience in family planning and counseling.
Ability to lift heavy objects and assist ambulatory patients.
Familiarity with dementia care techniques.
Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation.
Experience with DME usage and maintenance.
Proficiency in sonography is a plus.
Esthetic laser treatment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and quality care to hospice patients and their families

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
