Advantage is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team in Ebensburg, PA and surrounding areas. You will provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or in a hospice facility, working with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or in a hospice facility.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage symptoms to ensure comfort.
• Educate and support patients and their families regarding end-of-life care and symptom management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
• Offer emotional support, counseling, and education to patients and their families.
