Job summary

Compassus in Missouri seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, home-based care and coordinate patient plans.

You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers on at-home care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in hospice preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
