Job summary

Compassus in Michigan is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our patient-focused team. You will provide high-quality end-of-life care, coordinate between patients, families, and the care team, and ensure comfort, dignity, and peace.

Requires active RN license in your state, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), and CPR/BCLS certification; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
