Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Hospice RN On Call to provide after-hours nursing care in patients' homes. You will triage calls, arrange urgent visits, manage symptoms, and support families at end of life while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

You will document all care accurately and thoroughly, ensuring high-quality, compassionate support for patients and families during challenging times.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
