Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Hospice RN On Call to provide after-hours nursing care in patients' homes across Columbus, Ohio.

You will respond to urgent needs with in-person visits and phone triage, ensuring comfort and dignity at end of life while following physician orders. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team, manage symptoms, administer medications, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered support to patients and families.
