Purposelink Recruitment is partnering with a hospice provider in Troy, MI to hire a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN). This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care and accurately documenting care plans and outcomes.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, manage individualized care plans, and support patients in Troy and surrounding areas while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Hospice experience
• 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR systems, TruChart EHR

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality hospice services
• Support patients throughout Troy and surrounding areas

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join their care team in Troy, Michigan. In this role, you will support patients and families during one of the most meaningful phases of care. You will collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, manage individualized care plans, and ensure timely, accurate documentation. This position is ideal for an RN who is committed to delivering exceptional hospice care with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of Hospice experience
• 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Other EMR systemsTruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Valid RN Compact License
• ANY of the following certifications:American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
