Job summary

Hospice of Michigan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional end-of-life care. As a Hospice RN, you will assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms and provide emotional support.

You'll educate families, coordinate with physicians, social workers, and aides, and participate in case management, admissions, and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• 1–2+ years of nursing experience required.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• CHPN certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and travel within service area.

As a Hospice RN, you will provide professional nursing services to hospice patients, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and deliver expert symptom management and emotional support. Qualifications:

Current RN license in the State of Michigan

1-2+ years of nursing experience required

Hospice experience preferred
