Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, state-of-the-art care and effective pain management for terminally ill patients and their families in Dunn, North Carolina.

Responsibilities include documenting care per reimbursement guidelines, coordinating with the hospice team, and participating in IDT meetings to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with accredited program completed.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience; one year in hospice preferred.
• Knowledge of home health, hospice policies, and reimbursement guidelines.
• CPR certification and at least 12 hours of annual continuing education.
• Willingness to travel and accept weekend, evening, and holiday call assignments.
