Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison in San Antonio, TX to develop and maintain referral-source relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, SNFs and senior living communities. The ideal candidate has hospice or home health sales experience, strong local market knowledge, and a proven track record of census growth and referral development.

Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare sales, marketing or business development experience preferred.
• Established local referral sources preferred.
• Strong independent field sales capabilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
