Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Quick Response CNA (STNA) to join our Even More Care program. This role is crucial during end-of-life situations, providing urgent support and becoming a steady presence for families during tender moments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or G.E.D., CNA certification, and a minimum of one year of experience as a hospice or nurses' aide. Reliable transportation is also necessary as travel to Green, Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Completion of an accredited program's competency test (minimum 75 hours).
• Current, unrestricted state certification as a nurses' aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent support to patients during active stages of dying.
• Serve as a steady presence for families and respond to evolving needs.
