Qualifications

• End of Life Nursing Education Program (ELNEC) completion within 18 months of employment.
• Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in California.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess signs and symptoms of discomfort and take appropriate action.
• Provide direct visits to patients and update physicians.
• Participate in the QAPI program.
