Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Coordinator role in the Hospice unit at the Edgewood, Kentucky campus. This is a 1st shift, full-time position with 32 hours weekly.

The QAPI Coordinator leads quality initiatives, serves as a clinical resource, and drives education and compliance across the Hospice program. Eligible candidates should hold an RN license in their practice states, maintain compact multi-state eligibility if

Qualifications

• Compact, multi-state nursing license eligible or held in primary state of residence.
• RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Obtain 30 CEUs biannually, including required state courses.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Implement a ongoing quality performance improvement program.
• Act as a clinical resource and consultant to Hospice Program and QAPI Committee.
• Provide QAPI education through events, consultations, displays, and other methods.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity, empathy in all patient and staff encounters.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
