Qualifications

• Minimum five years senior management experience in home health or hospice, preferably seven.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations for hospice home care.
• Familiarity with EEOC regulations and human resource management.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate policy at the Hospice program level.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and meet corporate standards.
• Assure the long-term fiscal viability of the program.
