A staffing solution provider is seeking an Executive Director to implement corporate policies and ensure services at the hospice program level are delivered effectively. This role requires leadership in managing staffing levels, adhering to company standards, and maintaining the financial viability of the program. Candidates should have significant experience in hospice or home health care, along with a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Minimum five years senior management experience in home health or hospice, preferably seven.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations for hospice home care.
• Familiarity with EEOC regulations and human resource management.

Responsabilidades

• Implement corporate policy at the Hospice program level.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and meet corporate standards.
• Assure the long-term fiscal viability of the program.
