Job summary

Bristol Hospice Cincinnati, OH seeks a Director of Patient Care Services to lead hospice clinical operations, directing patient care delivery and overseeing clinical teams. You will manage budgets and ensure CHAP Home Care standards compliance.

The role requires an RN with current licensure; BSN preferred; hospice management experience is highly valued. This is a full-time day shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse in the state with current nursing license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; leadership experience may substitute.
• One year of management experience in hospice or healthcare.
• Must meet state and federal requirements for the position.
• Flexible with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services by clinical staff.
• Provide guidance to coordinators, case managers, and clinical supervisors.
• Assist clinical supervisors in managing clinical teams and planning.
• Direct patient care delivery across teams.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient and family care.
