Job summary

AdvisaCare in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an On-Call Weekend Hospice Nurse to join our dedicated hospice team. This weekend on-call role (Friday through Sunday) involves triaging calls, visiting patients, performing tuck-ins, and admissions as needed.

Required is current Michigan RN license in good standing; hospice experience preferred. We offer 401(k), medical benefits, PTO, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and 24/7 staffing support.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a weekend on-call basis.
