MercyOne Genesis in Bettendorf, IA, seeks an experienced Hospice & Palliative Care Medical Director to provide clinical leadership for the hospice program including the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House and Hospice Home & Community Services.

In partnership with executive leadership, the Medical Director oversees quality and delivery of services, supports program growth, and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, with partial remote flexibility and a collaborative physician/APP team.

Qualifications

• MD/DO licensed in Iowa.
• Board Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine preferred.
• Fellowship in hospice/palliative care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for the hospice program.
• Oversee quality and delivery of hospice and palliative care services.
• Support program growth and quality initiatives.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and teaching opportunities.
