Job summary

Moments Hospice is seeking a Hospice Representative to educate providers and the public about hospice services. You will be on the road representing Moments Hospice with a fleet car and a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary plus uncapped commission, and health benefits.

You will build outreach programs, manage your territory, and collaborate with clinical staff to support referrals and strategic planning. Healthcare experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year outside B2B sales experience (healthcare preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Moments Hospice to healthcare providers and the public.
• Develop outreach programs for your territory.
• Organize territory and prepare presentations for referrals.
• Assess ROI in business and marketing efforts.
• Lead contract negotiations with facilities, insurance companies, and managed care providers.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop educational programs and address referral concerns.
• Advance your skills through structured training and contribute to a growing and collaborative team.
