Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Hospice Administrator RN for our Lawrenceburg, IN location. You will oversee the branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive market development to deliver compassionate hospice services.

The role requires a nursing/healthcare/business background, RN licensure, and 3+ years in hospice with leadership experience, plus familiarity with financial statements and profitability responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management/leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably hospice.
• 3+ years of hospice experience.
• Experience with financial statements and profitability of a business unit preferred.

What you'll do as a Hospice Administrator:

• Be responsible for all aspects of the branch's operations, including clinical compliance, market development, and financial results
• Create an office environment that maintains a positive morale, conducive to the attainment of personal and business goals
• Ensure overall compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare
• Develop strategic plans for the business development and growth of the operating office

What we're looking for:

• A college degree, preferably in nursing, health care or business
• RN licenseTraining and experience in healthcare administration
• Minimum of one (1) year of management/leadership experience in related health care industry, preferably hospice
• Minimum of three (3) years in hospice required
• Experience working with financial statements and being responsible for the profitability of a business unit, preferred
