Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospice program.
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered delivery of hospice services.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes that promote consistency and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain sustainable operational systems, SOPs, documentation, and accountability structures.
• Establish clear operational expectations, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely follow-through on priorities.
• Monitor organizational performance, identify operational barriers, and implement timely solutions.
• Lead implementation of organizational initiatives, process improvements, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational planning and growth.
