Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare management roles, preferably hospice.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Regulatory requirements and Standards of Care.
• Experience supervising multi-site operations and budgeting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day patient/family care services and ensure high quality, compliant care.
• Monitor staffing, training, and budget compliance across the hospice program.
• Coordinate with Directors of Clinical Services and external vendors to optimize outcomes and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Conditions of Participation and state hospice regulations.
