Job summary

Qualifications

• Multi-site operational leadership experience in hospice/healthcare.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in hospice or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of direct healthcare services leadership preferred.
• Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff leadership.
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice CoPs, CMS regulations, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operational strategy across multiple hospice sites.
• Ensure Medicare/state licensing compliance and readiness for surveys/audits.
• Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and discharge planners.
