Job summary

Agape Hospice Care is seeking a passionate PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate hospice team serving patients in Gwinnett, Forsyth, and Dekalb counties in Georgia.

Primary duties include administering skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and families, and ensuring coordinated, high-quality care.

Strong clinical skills, CPR certification, and the ability to manage emotional stress and diverse lifestyles are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license and driver's license.
• Two years’ RN experience in clinical care; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support patients and families.
• Demonstrate nursing practice skills and coping with emotional stress.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
