Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license; CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice patient care after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Help patients spend quality time with loved ones and activities they enjoy.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on care for loved ones.
• Support comfort and coping for after-hours emergencies.
