Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of management experience in hospice or related healthcare.
• RN licensed in the state with current licensure.

Responsabilités

• Oversees all patient care services provided by the hospice team.
• Supports nursing supervisors to improve patient care.
• Assists with patient care planning and evaluation as needed.
• Helps prepare and manage the hospice budget.
• Monitors patient volume to adjust staffing and resources.
