Job summary

BJC Home Care is seeking a Nurse Leader to coordinate patient care, manage staff, and oversee operations at Evelyn’s House. The role includes on-call rotations and ensuring high-quality care for patients with life-limiting illnesses.

The position requires nursing licensure, a nursing diploma or associate degree, and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with preferred 5–10 years for advanced roles. Oncology/hospice experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligibility required.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's required.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience working with hospice or oncology patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and personnel management.
• Maintain equipment and staffing plans; support payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure staff performance and conduct evaluations as needed.
• Oversee collaboration plans of care and patient interventions.
