Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Hospice for a nursing role in Maryville, Illinois. The Hospice Clinical Supervisor will collaborate with field staff and leaders to support patients, train staff, and ensure high-quality care in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or BSN with current state license.
• Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Familiarity with Hospice regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met.
• Ensure case management guidelines are followed by each team member.
• Assign patients to multidisciplinary team and adjust schedules as needed.
• Serve as the first line for resolution of concerns and issues for the staff.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff, including recruitment, orientation, patient assignment, ongoing training and reviews.
• Communicate with support staff to assess needs and accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and program effectiveness.
• Develop staff to meet safety, quality, and competency requirements.
