Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Killeen, TX area. You will lead individualized care plans, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and advocate for patients and families to ensure comfort and dignity.

You will operate in a full-time, M-F schedule, with opportunities for on-call rotations and ongoing professional development within a mission‑driven organization. AccentCare offers medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized hospice nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care decisions.

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance
