Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of employment.

• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and coding for all levels of service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings and changes to the clinical manager and team.
• Complete face-to-face encounters and assess patient condition.
• Order diagnostic procedures and document treatment plans.

Skills

Current and unencumbered license as a Nurse Practitioner

One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or hospice Registered Nurse

Authority to practice and prescribe as a Nurse Practitioner

Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and coding

Current CPR certification
