• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and become an NP.
• Licensed as a registered nurse practitioner in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of RN-AP experience; active patient contact preferred.

• Regularly assesses Hospice patient needs and reassesses care.
• Orders, performs, supervises, and interprets diagnostic tests.
• Initiates and manages treatment plans, including medications.
• Educates patients and families on home Hospice care and comfort measures.
• Coordinates with IDG and supervises nursing staff.
