• Graduate of accredited Nursing School and NP program.
• Current Texas NP licensure.
• Master's degree with 1+ year NP and 1+ year hospice/palliative care experience.
• Certification from an approved certifying body for APN; CHPN/Pediatrics/Geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and palliate terminal illness under physician supervision.
• Complete history and physical exams and document findings.
