Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current DEA license, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year NP experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Providing medical care and management of terminal illness under supervision.
• Completing history and physical examinations to assess patient eligibility.
• Maintaining accurate clinical notes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
