Qualifications
- 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in an acute care environment.
- Home Health, Palliative Care, or Hospice experience required.
- MSN degree is required.
- Active unencumbered OHNP license.
- Current driver’s license and auto liability coverage.
- DEA and NPI numbers required.
