Job summary

Qualifications
- Current ARNP license and ability to activate in the state of work.
- Active CPR certification.
- Hospice or palliative care experience.
- Two years of verifiable nursing experience (ARNP/RN/LPN); hospice experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
- Home internet access.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care to patients.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to align with patient wishes.
- Work across multiple care settings (home, LTC, assisted living, hospital).
- Deliver compassionate, dignified end-of-life care.
