Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN License and ADN.
• Valid CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
• Two years of experience in med/surg, home or hospice care or long-term care.
• Ability to read, write and explain moderately complex information to hospital staff.
• Strong written and spoken communication; observe, assess, guide and evaluate others.
• Ability to read, calculate and prepare medications and monitor reactions.
• Ability to collect data, interpret findings, set priorities and carry out the plan.
• Competence in age-specific patient care.

• Take and record measurements or readings.
