Autumn Lake Careers is seeking a compassionate Hospice Music Therapist to join our hospice care program. This per diem role offers varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends, with opportunities to impact patients and families through music therapy.

This is a per diem position with varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
