Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Hospice Music Therapist to provide music therapy services to patients in our hospice care program. Sessions promote emotional and physical well-being and improve quality of life.

This is a per diem role with varied shifts across days, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, conducting sessions, collaborating with care teams, and maintaining progress records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or related field.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) or willingness to obtain.
