Autumn Lake Careers invites a compassionate Hospice Music Therapist to join our team in New Jersey. This per diem role offers varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and opportunities to support patients and families through music therapy.

You will develop individualized therapy plans, conduct sessions with singing, instrument use, and listening activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or related field.
• Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Hospice Music Therapist, you will provide music therapy services to patients in our hospice care program. This is a per diem position with varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
